I don't consider film to be a type of TV (unless you're talking about movies on TV) -- much in the same way that I separate listening to music and listening to the radio.
As such, I have no TV (and haven't for 8 years) or radio, but do have a nice stereo and a projector and am both a music and film enthusiast.
(And I actually chose "no" before I saw the last option, but still probably would choose the same on the grounds that I would consider the last option a reference to movies on TV.)

I would have said "No"...
...if not for "The Daily Show".
