Agenda ItemsI was surprised to get so much feedback about the KOrganizer agenda items after I posted the screenshots in my last blog entries. There seem to be some strong opinions about rounded corners. Michael Lentner did the right thing and sent a patch. I applied it and suddenly the agenda items look much more slick. [image:3066 width="640" height="452" hspace=100] There is even more space around the items, which seemed to be one of the things which disturbed some people, so I don't know how this change will be accepted. How do you like it? It also doesn't seem to respect the resource colors anymore, but I'm not sure if that wasn't broken before already. The selection also has a slight problem as it isn't visible when there is no header displayed, but I guess that's fixable.

the looks
Wow! This looks *SO* *MUCH* *BETTER* than before! Thank you very much, Mr. Lentner! Call me eyecandy-addicted, but eveytime I looked at KOrganizer, the look of these aliased and old calendar-entries made me turn around.
I'm happy now!
BTW, I couldn't compile kdepim recently and I'd really like to know what two overlapping appointments look like. Could you show that the next time you post a korganizer-screenshot, please?
It is much better
Why more space around items should disturb. It's fine, at least for my. It should look even better in 7 or 5 day view.
Interesting how it look in month view?
/me wants larger screenshots
/me wants larger screenshots (higher resolution) ;-)
But yeah, this looks much better. Nice work again!
/you already have them
Click on the screenshot and then on the "original" link below the picture. There you are with the original resolution (which should be high enough ;-).
Looks nice. I like it. Looks
Looks nice. I like it. Looks more 3-dimensional and like an actual 'object'.

Not at all. Just gice us the option to have the flat and rectangular KDE 3.5 style back - pretty please.
Looks great
The rounded corners look great to me now. And the space around them doesn't bother me at all.
