Plasma running on a Neo1973

    [image:3150 align=left size=thumbnail hspace=20] As you can see in this image, I managed to get plasma to run on a Neo1973 phone (using an openmoko image for the rest of the software). The only changes I needed to make to kde code where changes related to qreal not being a double on an ARM processor (except of course some hacks to actually make it cross compilable).

    Did u manage to run other kde apps on it?
    (this would definetely make me buy a 'freerunner')

    So...

    Two questions:
    How does it perfom ?

    What did you do to make it cross compile ?
    I'm really interested in the details, it would be nice if you could let me know via email: neundorf@kde.org
    (I got > 1000 spam emails in the last two weeks, so putting my address here can't change a lot I think)

    I just ordered the Freerunner. Any chance you posted your work ? I would much rather run KDE on it .
