Due to some confusion with some users and the KDE accounts along with some annoying abuse that has popped up in the last few weeks we are going to require accounts to post comments. Now this basicly users who have blogs will see no difference.

Its the anon posters that will see some changes. If you just request an account you can post comments right away. This authenticated account allows you to also be blocked and banned if you abuse the system. If you wish to expand your account to include a blog, then you will have to request the conversion of you account to a "KDE Developer" account.

Sorry to all you honest users, but there where a few confused posters, and a few people who just pride themselves in ruining the world for others. I dont think this new method will really matter, but hey some people like to complain.
